How to add from Excel spreadsheet?

Hello!

I've got an Excel spreadsheet listing another 126 parts we have, but can't figure out how to add them easily to the table in the wiki -- or if there is an easy way to get what's already there interfiled. I'm much more comfortable with Access than with Excel, by the way, so if it would work better for the wiki to be coming from Access I'll gladly export my spreadsheet to a database. Do you find this valuable?
